Ingredients
- Lentil ½ of ¼ k
- (Spinach tomatoes, onions) – 1 k
- 2 cups water
- Black pepper powder
- Salt
- Lemon (optional)
Method
- Chop spinach, onions, tomatoes finely.
- Clean & wash dal. Add dal, chopped veges & add 2 cups of water & pressure cook for 12 mins.
- Cool & blend the mixture.
- Strain through the soup strainer.
- Reheat the soup & add salt & pepper powder as per taste.
- Serve Hot.
