Lentil Spinach Soup

Ingredients

  • Lentil ½ of ¼ k
  • (Spinach tomatoes, onions) – 1 k
  • 2 cups water
  • Black pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Lemon (optional)

Method

  1. Chop spinach, onions, tomatoes finely.
  2. Clean & wash dal. Add dal, chopped veges & add 2 cups of water & pressure cook for 12 mins.
  3. Cool & blend the mixture.
  4. Strain through the soup strainer.
  5. Reheat the soup & add salt & pepper powder as per taste.
  6. Serve Hot.
