Ingredients
- Besan ¼ k
- Coriander 2 tbsp (cleaned & chopped)
- Tomatoes 1/2 small (finely cut)
- Capsicum ¼ small (finely chopped)
- Dudhi 1/2k (grated)
- Salt to taste
- Ginger chilli and garlic paste
- Oil 1 tsp
- Fruit salt ¼ tsp
- Coriander seed ¼ tsp
- Freshly gound black pepper ¼ tsp
- Pinch of hing
Method
- Finely chop all the vegetables.
- Mix all ingredients to make medium (flowing) batter.
- Add less water as dhudhi leaves its own water.
- Add fruit salt, salt as per taste. Steam (like dhokla) for 10 to 15 min.
- Cut in square shape.
- Serve hot.
