Ingredients
- Thinly sliced kale – ½ k
- Mushrooms (Fresh, chopped) – ½ k
- Paneer (grated) – 40 gm
- Besan -1 tsp
- Onion (small) – 1
- Garlic cloves (minced) – 2
- Green chilli (chopped) – 1
- Chopped coriander and mint
- Fennel seeds (saunf) – ¼ tsp
- Ground ginger – Pinch
- Oil – 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Method
- In a Bowl add the kale, mushrooms, garlic & saute until the veggies are cooked.
- Place the grated paneer and Besan in a mixing bowl & add the veggies & spices.
- Mix well & form into patties.
- Grease oil in a pan over medium heat & place patties in the pan; cook until golden brown.
