Kale and Mushroom Patties

Ingredients

  • Thinly sliced kale – ½ kg
  • Mushrooms (Fresh, chopped) – ½ kg
  • Paneer (grated) – 40 gm
  • Besan -1 tsp
  • Onion (small) – 1
  • Garlic cloves (minced) – 2
  • Green chilli (chopped) – 1
  • Chopped coriander and mint
  • Fennel seeds (saunf) – ¼ tsp
  • Ground ginger – Pinch
  • Oil – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste

Method

  1. In a Bowl add the kale, mushrooms, garlic & saute until the veggies are cooked.
  2. Place the grated paneer and Besan in a mixing bowl & add the veggies & spices.
  3. Mix well & form into patties.
  4. Grease oil in a pan over medium heat & place patties in the pan; cook until golden brown.
