Ingredients
- Carrot, French beans, Cauliflower florets
- Capsicum
- Dudhi (boiled) – (2 K mixed)
- Oil – ½ tsp
- Curry leaves – 4 to 5
- Onion (Chopped ) – ½
- Tomato puree – 1/2k
- Salt
For paste:
- Heat oil add Cumin seeds
- Coriander seeds
- Fennel seeds
- Garlic & Ginger (finely chopped)
- Dried red chilli – 1
- Green chilli – 1
- Star anise
- Sauté and grind it once cools
Method
- Heat oil in a pan sauté onions till brown.
- Add the grinded masala add tomato puree.
- Let it cook.
- Add all the veggies add salt and water1/2 cup and mix well, cover and cook for 2-3 mins till the veggies are cooked.
- Serve hot.
