Kaikari Korma

Ingredients

  • Carrot, French beans, Cauliflower florets
  • Capsicum
  • Dudhi (boiled) – (2 K mixed)
  • Oil – ½ tsp
  • Curry leaves – 4 to 5
  • Onion (Chopped ) – ½
  • Tomato puree – 1/2k
  • Salt

For paste:

  • Heat oil add Cumin seeds
  • Coriander seeds
  • Fennel seeds
  • Garlic & Ginger (finely chopped)
  • Dried red chilli – 1
  • Green chilli – 1
  • Star anise
  • Sauté and grind it once cools

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan sauté onions till brown.
  2. Add the grinded masala add tomato puree.
  3. Let it cook.
  4. Add all the veggies add salt and water1/2 cup and mix well, cover and cook  for 2-3 mins till the veggies are cooked.
  5. Serve hot.
