Ingredients
- Jowar atta (¼ k)
- Tomato + onion + 3 color capsicum
- Baby corn (total 1 k)
- Chilli flakes
- Oregano
For red paste
- Hot and sour ketchup
- ½ tsp oil
- Onion
- Ajwain seeds
- Garlic
- Tomato 2
- Red chilli powder or flakes
Method
- Heat oil; add ajwain, garlic.
- Then sauté onions until golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes, salt, chilli powder or flakes and ketchup.
- Let it cook for 5 min.
- Apply paste on jowar roti and add all veggies.
- Cook it for sometime by placing lid on top.
