Ingredients
- Jowar atta (for roti) – ¼ k
- Chopped capsicum (red, yellow, green) – ½ k
- Cabbage (Chopped)- ½ k
- Spring onions leaves (Chopped) – ¼ k
- Coriander leaves (Chopped)
- Lemon – ¼
- Seasoning
- Salt
- Haldi
- Red chilli powder
- Dhana jeera powder-as per taste
- Oil – 1/2 tsp
Method
- Make jowar roti.
- Allow it to cool down then crush it using the mixer to make small pieces of roti.
- Heat little oil. Add jeera, hing, chopped vegetables.
- Sauté for some time. Add the seasonings as per taste.
- Add jowar roti pieces.
- Add lemon drops and Mix well.
- Close for 2 mins.
- Add chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with vegetable or raita.
