Hummus Salad

Ingredients
For Hummus:

  • Chole ¼ k raw
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon drops
  • Garlic (optional)

For Salad:

  • Lettuce
  • Baby corn
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato (total 1.5 k)
  • Jalapenos
  • Olives
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Soak chole or chick peas for 6-7 hrs, then pressure cook.
  2. Once cooked well cool and blend to make a fine paste.
  3. Dice veggies into big pieces and mix it and toss well with hummus before serving.
