Ingredients
For Hummus:
- Chole ¼ k raw
- Olive Oil
- Lemon drops
- Garlic (optional)
For Salad:
- Lettuce
- Baby corn
- Cucumber
- Tomato (total 1.5 k)
- Jalapenos
- Olives
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Soak chole or chick peas for 6-7 hrs, then pressure cook.
- Once cooked well cool and blend to make a fine paste.
- Dice veggies into big pieces and mix it and toss well with hummus before serving.
