Ingredients
- Mix veg (Cauliflower, cabbage, peas (1 fist), French beans) – 1k
- Green Tomatoes (puree) – 2
- Capsicum – 1/3 k
- Palak (puree) – ½ k
- Green chili and garlic ginger paste
- Pav bhaji masala – 2 tsp
- Oil – ½ tsp
- Jeera powder – ½ tsp
- Salt
- Lemon and coriander
Method
- Boil all vegetables except capsicum and mash it.
- In a pan add oil and Sauté Capsicum and add tomato and palak puree and mashed vegetables.
- Add all spices and salt to taste.
- Add lemon and coriander and serve hot.
