Hariyali Bhaji (Green Pav Bhaji)

Ingredients

  • Mix veg (Cauliflower, cabbage, peas (1 fist), French beans) – 1kg
  • Green Tomatoes (puree) – 2
  • Capsicum – 1/3 kg
  • Palak (puree) – ½ kg
  • Green chili and garlic  ginger paste
  • Pav bhaji masala – 2 tsp
  • Oil – ½ tsp
  • Jeera powder –  ½ tsp
  • Salt
  • Lemon and coriander

Method

  1. Boil all vegetables except capsicum and mash it.
  2. In a pan add oil and Sauté Capsicum and add tomato and palak puree and mashed vegetables.
  3. Add all spices and salt to taste.
  4. Add lemon and coriander and serve hot.
