Hariyali Kebab

Ingredients

  • Green peas (crushed)- 1/2Kg
  • Besan – 1 tbsp, Poha – 1 tbsp (Powdered)
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli chopped – 1
  • French Beans (Chopped)- 1/2kg
  • Fresh coriander & Fresh mint leaves (chopped) – 1 tbsp each
  • Garam masala powder – 1/4  tsp
  • Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – 1Tsp

Method

  1. Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds, chopped ginger, green chilli, besan and mix well.
  2. Add capsicum, saute it then add green peas and french beans.
  3. Let it cook for some time, cool the mixture and then half crush the whole thing.
  4. Add chopped coriander & mint leaves, garam masala powder, chaat masala, mix and cook for a minute.
  5. Divide the prepared mixture into equal portions and shape into kebabs and coat with powdered poha.
  6. Grill the prepared kebabs in ½ tsp oil till golden specks appear on both sides.
