Harbhara Kadhi (175 Cal)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked harbhara chana (fresh chana)
  • 1 k -tomato
  • Capsicum
  • Onion
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp chana flour
  • ½ k curd
  • ginger-green chilli paste &  Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp oil

Method

  1. For kadhi mix curd & ½ cup of water, add chana flour and make a paste.
  2. In a pan add ½ tsp oil, add mustard seeds, as it crackles add ginger-chilli paste and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add tomatoes, onion and cook.
  4. Then add mixture of curd into that.
  5. Mix well and sauté for few minutes.
  6. Finally put the boiled chana and chopped coriander and cook.
