Ingredients
- ½ cup cooked harbhara chana (fresh chana)
- 1 k -tomato
- Capsicum
- Onion
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander
- 1 tsp chana flour
- ½ k curd
- ginger-green chilli paste & Salt to taste
- ½ tsp oil
Method
- For kadhi mix curd & ½ cup of water, add chana flour and make a paste.
- In a pan add ½ tsp oil, add mustard seeds, as it crackles add ginger-chilli paste and sauté for a minute.
- Add tomatoes, onion and cook.
- Then add mixture of curd into that.
- Mix well and sauté for few minutes.
- Finally put the boiled chana and chopped coriander and cook.
