Ingredients
- Green chillies (chopped) – 1/4k
- Frozen green peas – ½ k
- Garlic cloves – 4
- Minced fresh coriander – 2 tsp
- Fresh lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Sugar -¼ tsp
- Mustard oil – 1/2 tsp
Method
- Combine green peas, green chillies, garlic cloves, oil and sugar
- Blend in a mixer to make a smooth paste.
- Add lemon juice garnish with coriander.
- Cover and refrigerate till use.
