Green Healthy Soup

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 k chopped (Palak, Zucchini, Red pumpkin)
  • ½ k Cabbage & Capsicum Grated
  • Paneer cubes finely chopped 1 tbsp

Seasoning:

  • Pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice
  • Mint leaves 2-3 (finely chopped)

METHOD

  1. Add salt in cabbage and capsicum and keep it aside for 15mins.
  2. Squeeze the excess water out and keep it aside.
  3. Now pressure cook Palak, Zucchini, and Red pumpkin.
  4. Grind to puree. Add grated Cabbage and capsicum along with the squeezed water.
  5. Add salt to taste and pepper powder.
  6. Now add finely chopped mint leaves and lemon juice and paneer.
  7. Boil.
  8. Serve hot.
