INGREDIENTS
- 1 k chopped (Palak, Zucchini, Red pumpkin)
- ½ k Cabbage & Capsicum Grated
- Paneer cubes finely chopped 1 tbsp
Seasoning:
- Pepper powder
- Salt
- Lemon juice
- Mint leaves 2-3 (finely chopped)
METHOD
- Add salt in cabbage and capsicum and keep it aside for 15mins.
- Squeeze the excess water out and keep it aside.
- Now pressure cook Palak, Zucchini, and Red pumpkin.
- Grind to puree. Add grated Cabbage and capsicum along with the squeezed water.
- Add salt to taste and pepper powder.
- Now add finely chopped mint leaves and lemon juice and paneer.
- Boil.
- Serve hot.
