Ingredients
- Orange peeled – 1/2
- Kale/spinach – 1/4k
- Few parsley/coriander leaves (Pureed)
- Cucumber – 1/2
- Chopped apple – 1/2
- Coconut water or water – 1/4 L
- Ice – 1/2kg (optional)
- lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Soaked chia seed – 1 tsp
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy immediately.
