Ingredients
- Yellow frozen elaichi banana – 1
- Mango slice – 20 gm
- Cinnamon – ¼ tsp
- Pear – 1/4k
- Apple – 1/4k
- Milk/any vegan milk – 1/2L
- Soaked chia seeds – 1/4k
Method
- Fill the blender with fruits.
- Add milk to it and blend.
