Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Yellow frozen elaichi banana – 1
  • Mango slice – 20 gm
  • Cinnamon – ¼ tsp
  • Pear – 1/4k
  • Apple – 1/4k
  • Milk/any vegan milk – 1/2L
  • Soaked chia seeds – 1/4k

Method

  1. Fill the blender with fruits.
  2. Add milk to it and blend.
  3. Enjoy!
