Dudhi Pattice

Ingredients

  • Dudhi – 250 gm
  • Oil – ½ tsp
  • Besan atta – 1 tbsp
  • Green chili – 1
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Coriander (chopped)
  • Amchur powder
  • Salt as per taste

Method

  1. Grate dudhi, add all masala and besan atta.
  2. Make small tikki and shallow fry the pattice.
  3. Serve with green chutney.
