Dil Dip

Ingredients

  • Semi hungcurd – 1/2k
  • Cucumbers (Grated) – 1/3k
  • Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh dil/suva bhaji (finely chopped) – 1/2tsp
  • Garlic grated/paste – 1 tsp

Method

  1. Beat the curd add cucumber, salt, lemon juice, pepper, dill & garlic.
  2. Refrigerate for at least one hour for the best flavor.
  3. Serve with salad sticks.
