Ingredients
- Semi hungcurd – 1/2k
- Cucumbers (Grated) – 1/3k
- Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh dil/suva bhaji (finely chopped) – 1/2tsp
- Garlic grated/paste – 1 tsp
Method
- Beat the curd add cucumber, salt, lemon juice, pepper, dill & garlic.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour for the best flavor.
- Serve with salad sticks.
