Ingredients
- Tur dal, Mung dal , Masoor dal, Chana dal – ¼ k mix total
- Methi
- Red pumpkin – ¼ cup each
- Tomatoes – ½ cup
- G chilies
- Lemon – Few drops
- Haldi powder
- Dhanshak masala
- Tej
- Clove
- Corriander
- Ginger – 1 small piece
- Sambhar masala
- Chilli powder
- Salt – To taste
Method
- In liitle oil add ½ of ginger garlic paste fry & then add chili and haldi pdr.
- Mix the dal, pumpkin, salt, water & the remaining ginger garlic paste & cook it. Finely chop the tomatoes.
- Heat pan add jeera, dhanshak & sambar masala ,haldi pwd, chilli powder & other garam masala.
- Add pureed dal tomatoes, chillies & coriander leaves.
- Cook. Add lemon juice & serve.
