Ingredients
- Yellow moong dal (raw) – ½ of 1/4 k
- Chopped Spring onions with greens – 1/3 k
- Chopped french beans+ baby corn – 1/2k
- Finely chopped garlic clove – 1
- White pepper powder – 1/4th tsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1/4th tsp
- Curry leaves – 3 to 4 leaves
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 to 3 drops
- Water – as required
Method
- Blend the boiled yellow moong dal to make a coarse paste.
- Can add water, if required.
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
- Add the dal paste, salt, and white pepper powder, mix it well.
- Add cumin powder, lemon juice, spring onion greens, vegetables, salt and water (depend on desired consistency), mix them well and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Pour it in a bowl and serve hot.
