Dabeli Paniyaram

Ingredients:
Red Pumpkin (boiled) – 200 gms
Dabeli Masala – 1tbsp
Sweet Chutney Tamarind – 1/4th Cup
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard & Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Dosa batter – 2 cups

Method:
1. Mash The Boiled Pumpkin & Keep Aside.
2. Add Dabeli Masala & Sweet Chutney.
3. Add Coriander Leaves, Sweet Chutney & Dabeli Masala Mix.
4. Saute For Few Seconds.
5. Add Mashed Pumpkin & Salt.
6. Mix Well & Cook For Few Minutes Till The Water Dries Up.
7. Garnish With Pomogreanate, Peanuts & Coriander Leaves.
8. Allow It To Cool & Make 12 Balls Out Of This Mixture.
9. Grease The Appam Pan With Little Oil.
10. Fill The Dosa Batter Halfway.
11. Put The Dabeli Batter In Centre Of Batter.
12. Top It Up With Batter.
13. Steam It In Steamer For 10-15 Minutes.
14. Enjoy Appe With Green Chutney.
