Ingredients
- 1 medium sized dal khakhra- cut into 4 pieces each
- 1 tbsp salsa
- Few lettuce leaves – dry and tear into small pcs
Sour Cream
- ¼ k (50gm) fresh hung curd
- A pinch of pepper & salt to taste
- Chopped coriander & green chillies
Vegetables
- ¼ cup finely chopped cucumber
- 1 tbsp grated carrot
- Few olives
- Jalapenos (finely chopped)
- ½k yellow, red, green capsicum chopped finely
- Salt and pepper to taste
Salsa
- Tomato ketchup
- Chillies, very finely chopped
- Tomatoes & capsicum
- Celery
Method
- Mix all ingredients of sour cream.
- Mix vegetables with sour cream to make salad. Put salsa in diff bowl.
- At serving time, place lettuce leaves on khakhara, fill it with some salad, top with salsa.
- Serve immediately.
