Ingredients
- CORN cold (partly crushed) 1tbsp
- Chana flour / mung flour 1/4 cup
- Coriander leaves
- Finely chopped, 1tsp grated Ginger
- Finely chopped 1 tsp Green Chilli
- Oil 1tsp
- 1 cup mix vegetables (finely chopped capsicum, tomato, cabbage, doodhi grated)
- ½ tsp each Red chilli powder
- Jeera and coriander
- Salt to taste
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Coarsely powdered
Method
In a wide bowl take all the ingredients. Mix well. Add all vegetables. Add a few tsp of water to make it loose. Heat a nonstick pan and spray oil on it. When the skillet is hot, reduce the heat to medium. Hold the mixture and drop it on the frying pan. Spread the mixture on the pan with the back of the spoon. Let the chilla cook for 5 minutes. Spray oil on the chilla and reverse it cook for another 5 minutes.
