Ingredients
- Fresh corn (blanched & crushed coarsely) 100 gms or ½ cup
- Carrot
- Capsicum
- Spring onion(finely chopped) mixed – 1k
- Garlic & ginger paste 1 tsp
- Salt
- Black pepper to taste
- Soya sauce ½ tsp
Method
In a pan, heat & sauté the ginger garlic paste. Add the vegetables & cook for few minutes. Add 2 cups of water & stir nicely. When done, add the seasoning & soya sauce. Serve hot.
