Coleslaw Salad

Ingredients

  • Cabbage 200 g
  • Carrots 200 g
  • Curd 200 gms
  • Cucumber 5-6 nos
  • Apple 200 g
  • Capsicum 50 g
  • Pepper powder ¼ t
  • Lemon juice 2 t
  • Salt – to taste

Method
Shred cabbage fine. Grate the carrots & cucumber. Core & dice apple without peeling. Mix all the veges, add dressing and toss well. Chill & serve cold.

For dressing: Mix 1 cup curd, 1 tsp mustard seeds powder, salt, sugar, vinegar or lemon juice as per the taste.
