Chole Chaat


  • Uncooked chole – ¼  cup
  • Tomato – 1 cup
  • Capsicum
  • Cucumber (finely chopped)
  • Ginger-chilli paste- – 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander – 1 tbsp
  • Amchur
  • Red chilli powder
  • Chole masala & Salt to taste

Soak the chole (at least 6 hours). Pressure cook for 5-6 whistles or till gets cooked. Drain the water. Add the ginger-chilli paste in a pan and sauté for a minute. Add tomatoes, capsicum & add all the masalas. Mix well and sauté for few more minutes. Finally put the boiled chole, cucumber and chopped coriander.
