Ingredients
- Baked beans or rajmah- 1 fist,
- Tomatoes 200 gm,
- Dudhi 100g,
- Chopped capsicum – 1 tbsp,
- Salt,
- Chopped spring onions – ½ no,
- Tomato sauce – 1 t,
- Water – 2 cups,
- Pepper,
- Tobasco sauce as per taste.
Method
Make tomato puree out of tomatoes leaving half aside. Take ½ tsp oil & add onions, capsicum, spring onions and sauté for 2-3 mins. Add tomato puree and water and simmer for 10-12mins. Chop the half tomato and add that along with boiled beans or rajmah. Add salt and pepper powder as per the taste and serve hot.
