Ingredients
- Tofu – 80 gms
- Bell pepper slices – 1k
- Baby corn – 2 to 3
- Spring onions (thinly sliced) – 1/2k
- Green chilli minced – 1 no
- Ground black pepper – ¼ tsp
- Soy sauce – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil – ½ tsp
- Coriander for garnish
For the marinade:
- Corn flour – 1 tsp
- Soya sauce – 1/2 tsp
Method
- Mix the marinade ingredients with enough water to make a paste.
- Toss the tofu cubes in it to coat.
- Heat the oil in a nonstick pan.
- Saute the tofu cubes on all sides until they are golden brown.
- Heat the remaining oil, add the ginger, garlic, onion and saute for few minutes.
- Now add black pepper, and minced green chilli.
- Toss to coat with the spices and then add the bell peppers, baby corn.
- After sometime add the tofu cubes and toss them with the spices. Serve.
