Chilibean Sandwich (200 Cal)

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of brown/multi-grain bread
  • ¼ k spring onion – chopped
  • 1 K mix vegs (cabbage, green, red, yellow capsicum – chopped finely) baby corn 3
  • 1 tsp garlic – chopped finely (5-6 cloves)
  • 1/3 K baked beans
  • Some olives
  • Salt
  • Paprika
  • Oregano to taste
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup

Method
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil, add onions, garlic. Saute till onions turn translucent. Add mix vegetables and saute for 2-4 min. Add the baked beans, tomato ketchup, oregano, paprika and mix well. Add salt. Spread ½ of the bean mix on breads, add olives. Bake them till crisp or toast on tava. Enjoy open sandwich.
