Chia Fruit Pudding

Ingredients

  • Milk – 50 ml
  • Chia seeds – 2 tsp, Mixed fruits – 1k
  • Nuts (almonds + walnuts) – 2 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder – sprinkle

Method

  1. Soak the chia seeds in milk.
  2. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
  3. Stir well before serving and add a bit of water to the pudding if it is too thick.
  4. Top with cinnamon, fresh fruit, and nuts.
