Burritos

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cooked  rajma / sprout
  • 1 medium sized onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 large tomato (finely chopped)2-3 cloves of garlicz
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder mixed with ¼  tsp roasted ajwain
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup mixed salad: lettuce, cabbage, frenchbean
  • Capsicum (sliced) ½ cup hot salsa
  • Wheat flour:  ¼  cup for 2 rotis

Hot Salsa

  • Finely chop tomato & capsicum
  • Add tomato ketchup & water
  • Add salt & chili powder to taste

Method
Soak the beans overnight or for atleast 6 hours. Drain the beans, rinse well and put in a cooker. Cook upto 8-10 whistles with 1½ cups of water. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions till they turn pink. Combine the tomatoes and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add salt & taco seasoning. Continue to sauté for 2 more mins. Combine the beans and cook till done. Roll it in chapattis and serve.
To Serve: Put 1 tbsp of hot salsa on each wrap. Then put ¼ cup of cooked beans. Garnish with 2 tbsp of mixed salad. Fold to make a wrap.
