Bulgur Wheat Chilla

Ingredients

  • Broken wheat (thin dalia) – ¼ k
  • Besan – 1 tbsp
  • Curds (dahi) – 2 tbsp
  • Mix veggies – 1 cup (cabbage & dudhi [grated])
  • Finely chopped  capsicum & tomato)
  • Finely chopped green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • Hing – pinch
  • Oil – 1 tsp for greasing and cooking

Method
Soak the bulgur wheat in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain completely. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients to make a smooth paste. Prepare small pancakes on a non – stick frying pan using a little oil and cook both sides, till they are golden brown. Serve hot with green chutney.
