Ingredients:
Carrots, Brinjal, Nara chana Broad beans, Potato, Green chillies, Groundnut pwdr
Cooking oil – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Maharashtrian Goda Masala- 1 tsp ,
Salt to taste
Garnish with corriander leaves
Sprinkle lemon juice
Method:
- Heat a kadai.
- Add oil, mustard and sesame seeds.
- Once they crackle add green chilli, turmeric pwdr, hing, Goda masala.
- Add the veggies and saute for sometime.
- Sprinkle some water and cook the veggies covered till they are cooked through.
- When veggies are done, add sesame pwdr, groundnut pwdr mix well.
- Garnish with corriander and lime juice.
- Serve with bhakri.
