Bhogichi Bhaji

Ingredients:
Carrots, Brinjal, Nara chana Broad beans, Potato, Green chillies, Groundnut pwdr
Cooking oil – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Maharashtrian Goda Masala- 1 tsp ,
Salt to taste
Garnish with corriander leaves
Sprinkle lemon juice

Method:

  1. Heat a kadai.
  2. Add oil, mustard and sesame seeds.
  3. Once they crackle add green chilli, turmeric pwdr, hing, Goda masala.
  4. Add the veggies and saute for sometime.
  5. Sprinkle some water and cook the veggies covered till they are cooked through.
  6. When veggies are done, add sesame pwdr, groundnut pwdr mix well.
  7. Garnish with corriander and lime juice.
  8. Serve with bhakri.
