Ingredients
- Barley (raw) – ¼ k
- French beans + tomato+ cabbage – ½ k
- Onion (Diced) – ¼ k
- Red and yellow bell peppers – ¼ k
- Pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Turmeric – ½ tsp
- Curry powder – ¼ tsp – ½ tsp
- Water – 1L, Oil – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – as per taste
Method
- Heat oil add the onion & vegs, sauté for 2 minutes then add barley sauté 5 mins.
- Add turmeric, curry powder, salt, and pepper powder.
- Pour in the water & bring to a boil.
- Cover and cook till the barley is tender.
- Garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot.
