Ingredients
- Boiled noodles ½ k
- Chopped mixed vegetables (cabbage ¾ k, 3 color capsicums ½ k and french beans and baby corn ½ cup)
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Chilli, as per taste
For Sauce:
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp wheat flour
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Tomato ketchup as per taste
- Salt and black pepper powder
- Oil – 1 tsp
Method
Sauté noodles in oil till golden brown & keep aside. In same pan add chopped garlic for two minutes. Add the chopped vegetables & cook for 3-5 minutes. Now mix all the sauces & add noodles & cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Toss & take it off the heat. Serve hot.
