INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Moong khakhra
- ¼ cup boiled rajma
- 1 tbsp each 3 color capsicum chopped finely
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- ¼ cup fresh hung curd
- 1 lettuce leaf
- tomato ketchup
- oregano seasoning to taste.
METHOD:
- On a serving plate, place 1 moong khakhra. Spread boiled rajma, finely chopped 3 color capsicum & onion onto it.
- Add fresh hung curd over it and add some shredded lettuce on top. Add salt as per taste.
- Sprinkle some oregano and garnish it with ketchup.
