INGREDIENTS
• 1 – potato
• 1/2 – cup – green peas boiled
• 1 – onion finely chopped
• 1 – tsp ginger garlic paste
• Salt to taste
• A pinch of Coriander powder
• A pinch of garam masala
• A pinch of red chilli powder
• A pinch of turmeric powder
• A pinch of amchur
• 2 tbsp sattu roasted
• 1 – tsp oil
• 1/2 – tsp- green chilli paste
• 1/4 – tsp-Fennel seeds
• 1/4 – cup- water
• Coriander leaves
DIRECTIONS
Step 1 Take a bowl. Mash the potato, peas and sattu. Mix it well.
Step 2 Take a pan and add oil, fennel seeds, then sauté ginger garlic paste, add chopped onions and all the spices. Sauté this for a few minutes.
Step 3 Add both the mixture, coriander leaves and make a dough.
Step 4 Make tikkis from the dough and grill at medium-low flame. Serve with chutney, tomato ketchup or schezwan sauce.
