Ingredients
- Soy chunks [nuggets] – 1/3 k
- Green chili [chopped] – 1 no
- Onion [chopped] – ½ k
- Tomato [chopped] – 1 k
- Cauliflower + broccoli (florets)- 1k boiled
- Cumin seeds-½ tsp, coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Red Chili powder – ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Ginger- Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Oil – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – as per taste
Method
- Soak the soya chunks in some hot water, for 15 min.
- Squeeze the excess water from the chunks and rinse it twice in normal water & keep it aside.
- Grind onion, tomato & green chili to a fine paste.
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds & saute, then add onion-tomato paste, ginger garlic paste and saute well.
- Add all the masalas and saute for a minute, add some water, soy chunks & boiled vegs.
- Simmer for 5 min.
- Serve hot.
