Ingredients
- Cooked brown rice-1/3 k
- Milk + water -1L
- Apple – ½ (pealed & grated)
- Cinnamon powder – ½ tsp
- Stevia- as per taste (optional)
Method
- In a pan, add milk and water to cooked rice.
- Simmer for approximately 5 minutes stirring occasionally until creamy, add cinnamon and apple to rice and then cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot or chilled.
