Ingredients
- Rajgira flour – ¼ k
- Til seeds – 1 tsp
- Rock salt (Sendha Namak) to taste
- Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander chopped – 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek leaves OR palak – ½ k
- Green chili finely cut – 1/4 Tsp
- Oil- ½ tsp
Method
- Combine all the ingredients along with little water in a bowl and mix well to make a stiff dough.
- Make 4 equal parts and roll each part with the help of plastic, make some holes. Cook on non-stick.
- Till they turn golden brown in color on both the sides.
- Serve hot with fresh curd or green chutney.
