Ingredients
- Button mushrooms (sliced)- 5
- Paneer- 40 gms
- Green, yellow, red capsicums (cubes) – 1K
- Baby corn( boiled and sliced) – 4
- Onion chopped – ½
- Ginger paste – ½ tsp
- Chopped Green chili -1
- Red chili powder – ¼ tsp
- Coriander powder – ¼ tsp
- Tomato puree – 1/2 k
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Oil -1/2 tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves – For garnishing
Method
- Heat ½ tsp of oil, add onions, tomato puree and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add ginger, green chili, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well.
- Add vegetables and salt. Cook for 3-4 min, add lemon juice and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
