Ingredients
- Tofu / paneer – 40 gms
- Fresh fenugreek/methi (chopped) – ¼ K
- Onions (finely chopped) – ½ medium
- 3 colour capsicum + french beans+ tomato – 1k Total (chopped)
- Asafoetida – a pinch
- Dried red chillies broken 1
- Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala-1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – ½ tsp
Method
- Heat oil, add asafoetida, dried red chillies and saute.
- Add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and mix.
- Then add onions and saute for a minute then add all mixed veges, and methi leaves and saute on low heat.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt.
- Add Crumbled paneer and mix well.
- Serve hot.
