Cinnamon Oats Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Oats – 1 tbsp
  • Milk – 150ml (3/4 cup)
  • Apple – ½
  • Cinnamon powder – a pinch

Method

  1. Peel the skin of the apple, cut it into small pieces.
  2. Blend oats, apple with the milk into an appropriate consistency.
  3. Add a pinch of cinnamon powder on top, serve chilled.
