Ingredients
- Dudhi – 250 gm
- Oil – ½ tsp
- Besan atta – 1 tbsp
- Green chili – 1
- Ginger garlic paste
- Coriander (chopped)
- Amchur powder
- Salt as per taste
Method
- Grate dudhi, add all masala and besan atta.
- Make small tikki and shallow fry the pattice.
- Serve with green chutney.
