Ingredients
- Bhindi – 1 ½ k
- Curd – 1k
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Coriander powder – ½ tsp
- Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
- Garam masala
- Amchur powder
- Cumin powder
- Chaat masala
- Salt as per taste
- Oil – ½ tsp
Method
- Wash and dry bhindi using a kitchen towel.
- Slit Bhindi in half.
- Mix all dry spices in bowl. Stuff the masala in bhindi.
- Heat Oil In A Pan And Stir Fry Bhindi.
- Sprinkle the remaining masala over the bhindi.
- Now cover the lid and let it cook for some time.
