Ingredients
- For the tortillas makes 2 chappati
- ¼ cup makai flour + Wheat flour Pinch caromseed
- Salt stuffing : 1 tbsp raw rajma
- 1 cup mix veges finely chopped (capsicum ( red, yellow, green)
- Zucchini
- Baby corn
- Parsley
- Tomatoes without the pulp
- Olive
- Jalapeno
- Green chilli
- Salt
- Chili flakes
- Jeerapd
- Lemon juice to taste
Method
- Mix the flours, ajwain and salt and make a dough by adding warm water, make 2 roti.
- Cook lightly on a tava.
Stuffing:
- Mix cooked rajma & all vegetables.
- Sauté for few mins.
- Add all ingredients to prepare stuffing.
- When you want to serve, spread stuffing on one tortilla.
- Put another tortilla on top and press well so that they stick.
- Cook on a tava (griddle) spreading a little oil on both sides.
- Cook until crisp.
