Paneer Cabbage Roll

Ingredients

  • Paneer of 250 ml skimmed  milk
  • cabbage (grated) – 1 cup
  • Finely chopped capsicum – ½ cup
  • Ginger chili paste
  • Chat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander – 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli sauce – 1 tsp
  • Wheat & besan atta (2:1) ¼ k (make 2 thin chappati)

Method

  1. Put salt to grated cabbage + capsicum and keep aside for 10 min.
  2. Squeeze cabbage to drain off water.
  3. Mix cabbage, paneer, coriander, chat masala, ginger chili paste and red chili sauce.
  4. Put mixture in middle of roti to make roll.
  5. Roast to make it crisp on non stick tawa.
