Ingredients
- Paneer of 250 ml skimmed milk
- cabbage (grated) – 1 cup
- Finely chopped capsicum – ½ cup
- Ginger chili paste
- Chat masala
- Salt to taste
- Coriander – 1 tbsp
- Red chilli sauce – 1 tsp
- Wheat & besan atta (2:1) ¼ k (make 2 thin chappati)
Method
- Put salt to grated cabbage + capsicum and keep aside for 10 min.
- Squeeze cabbage to drain off water.
- Mix cabbage, paneer, coriander, chat masala, ginger chili paste and red chili sauce.
- Put mixture in middle of roti to make roll.
- Roast to make it crisp on non stick tawa.
