Palak Amti

Ingredients

  • Palak – 1 cup (chopped)
  • Onion – 1
  • Red gram dal – ¼ cup
  • Oil – ½ tsp
  • Corriander seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Red chillies – 4
  • Tamarind – 5 gms (soaked for 10 mins)

Method

  1. Chop palak mix into washed dal & add onion water salt & stir.
  2. Pressure cook.
  3. Roast coriander seeds red chilies using oil grind to a paste.
  4. Mix into cooked palak mixture & tamarind pulp.
  5. Heat oil, add rai & crushed garlic fry pour in dal mixture and boil for a while.
  6. Serve Hot.
