Ingredients
- Palak – 1 cup (chopped)
- Onion – 1
- Red gram dal – ¼ cup
- Oil – ½ tsp
- Corriander seeds – 2 tbsp
- Red chillies – 4
- Tamarind – 5 gms (soaked for 10 mins)
Method
- Chop palak mix into washed dal & add onion water salt & stir.
- Pressure cook.
- Roast coriander seeds red chilies using oil grind to a paste.
- Mix into cooked palak mixture & tamarind pulp.
- Heat oil, add rai & crushed garlic fry pour in dal mixture and boil for a while.
- Serve Hot.
