Ingredients
- Wheat flour ¼ cup to make 2 rotis
- Medium onion (sliced) – ½
- Large capsicum (sliced) – ½
- Shredded cabbage – 1 cup
- French beans – 6/7
- Hot salsa – 3 tsp
- Ajwain seeds – ½ tsp
- Red chilli powder – ½ to 1 tsp
- Black olives and jalapeno peppers(optional)
Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp hung curd
- Salt
- Green chilies
- Coriander
Salsa
- Tomato ketchup
- Chillies and minutely chopped tomato & capsicum
Method
- Heat the oil and sauté the onion, capsicum and cabbage for 3-4 minutes. (Keep the vegetables little crisp, do not overcook.)
- Combine the ajwain, chili powder, salsa sauce and salt.
- Cook for 2 more minutes and keep aside.
- Prepare chapattis and sprinkle on it to make a roll.
- Serve with 1 tbsp low calorie sour cream and 1 tbsp Hot Salsa.
