Ingredients
- Mix dal + whole massor – ¼ cup total
- Raw rice – 1 tsp
- Jeera
- Ginger chilli paste
- Curry leaves
- Water – 3/4 cup
- Salt – to taste
- Spinach (optional)
- Chopped capsicum, French beans, dudhi, cauliflower, tomato – 1 cup
- Coriander for garnishing
Method
- In a pressure cooker add ½ tsp of ghee add jeera, ginger chilli paste, curry leaves and all the chopped vegetables.
- Then add the washed rice mix dal and pressure cook it using ¾ cup of water for 3 whistles.
- Turn off the fire and add coriander.
- Mix well.
- Serve hot.
