Oats Masala Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Oats ground to a powder in a mixer- 1 ½  tbsp
  • Rawa – 2 tsp
  • Kasoori methi -1 tsp (optional)
  • Small tomato – very finely chopped
  • Mix vegetables- ½ cup (very finely chopped cabbage, capsicum, grated dudhi)
  • Green chilli – very finely chopped – 1
  • Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt – to taste
  • Garam Masala – ½ tsp
  • Haldi (turmeric) – ½ tsp

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients of the batter together in a bowl.
  2. Beat Well adding  enough water to make a batter of pouring consistency.
  3. Heat a non stick pan (not too hot) Spread Lightly.
  4. Turn over when the underside is done.
  5. Cook the other side. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
