Ingredients
- Cauliflower Florets (stems removed and washed) – 1 cup
- Butter – 1 tsp
- Onion [small] (finely chopped) – 1
- Garlic Cloves (minced) – 1 to 2
- Green Chilli (finely chopped) – 1
- Tomato [Medium] (finely chopped) – 1
- diced Bell Peppers (3 colours) – ½ cup
- Paprika – ¼ tsp
- Basil leaves
- Oregano
- Salt as per taste
- Tabasco sauce
Method
- Place cauliflower in a bowl. Pour over salted hot water and allow sitting for 10 minutes.
- Then drain the water and cool down.
- Add cauliflower florets to a food processor (or grate it) like rice.
- Make sure it doesn’t turn mushy.
- Heat butter in a pan; add onions, garlic and chilies.
- Stir fry for a few minutes.
- Add bell peppers, tomatoes, spices and salt.
- Cook for a few minutes till they soften.
- Add the cauliflower rice to the pan and mix well.
- Stir fry the cauliflower for 3-4 minutes till its tender.
- Serve hot.
